Copy/paste the formula in cell B2 all the way down to the last transaction. Select date in the left hand column and the date format you wish to use in the right hand side. Right click on cell B2 and select Format cells. If not you will need to format cell B2 to the date format. Click enter and you will hopefully see the date of. In cell B2 type the following formula =a2+$L$1. ![]() For 2017 we know opening day was April 2, 2017, so type that date in cell L1 (for other years, the date of Opening Day will be different, you should be able to find it on baseball-reference for the season of choice). Place your cursor on Column B and right click to insert a column. You will notice the TRANDATE0 column (Column A) has numbers and not dates (the same with the ACTDATE0 column, which is Column E). ![]()
